HVAC Service Manager

3H AC is a family-owned and operated HVAC and has been in business in the Tampa area for over 40 years. We are looking for a Top Tier, Highly Technical, Commercial & Residential HVAC Service Manager who is familiar with the Florida climate and how HVAC systems are affected by it. The ideal candidate will be taking over a lot of responsibility from our owner. We offer great salary plus sales commission opportunities. The sky is the limit!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee service and install technicians
• Assist service technicians with technical support
• HVAC Sales
• Follow up on quotes
• Reading blueprints
• Estimating
• Supports customer service-related assignments to achieve company goals.
• Completes assigned work lists.
• Works with clients daily to sustain and improve business relationships.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Experience:

• 10+ years of HVAC field experience
• Sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalency

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
