Our founder, Thomas H. Hebert, started the company as an inventor and engineer of energy efficient HVAC products in 1972. In 2003, Sarah, Brian and Tom formed 3H AC. Brian, with an engineering, Research and Development and manufacturing background, learned from working and experimenting with Tom since childhood. The three took over 3H and successfully grew the business through the 2008 housing crash/recession, focusing on custom homes and service, new construction, commercial construction and service, pool heaters, heat recovery and geothermal. We have also worked in the foam industry, ventilation and heating.
